We invite you to K2O (Mieszkaj w Mieście – Osiedle Wizjonerów) for recurring Pilates classes led by the energetic instructor Anna Marzec.
We exercise barefoot or in socks. Please bring a mat or something to lie on for the class.
Pilates is a system of exercises based on performing smooth, precise movements with a small range of motion. Work mainly targets the deep muscles of the abdominal wall, waist and back (the so-called muscular corset). The aim of Pilates is to create balance in the body, tension and increased flexibility of the skeletal muscles. This exercise method is sometimes called a “well-being” workout — it affects the appearance of the body, the way it is felt and how it functions. Classes held to calm music put you in a good mood while improving the body’s appearance. Pilates also teaches breathing and correct body posture.

Classes take place on Thursdays at 18:00.
Cost: 10 zł per entry or 30 zł for a monthly pass (4 entries).
IMPORTANT: The 4-entry pass is valid for one month (30 days) from purchase. Unused entries expire.

About the instructor:
Anna Marzec – graduate of the University School of Physical Education (field: physical education). She is an instructor of corrective gymnastics, recreational movement with a specialization in fitness, a Pilates instructor and an instructor of “Active 9 Months” classes. She works daily at Lejdis Fitness Club and other fitness clubs in Kraków; she infects others with her smile, optimism and love of exercise.
