Instructor:
Magdalena Chmura — a movement enthusiast in every form. She follows the motto 'no Pain no gain' (no pain no gain), but with a sense of humor presents that training soreness is a myth. In classes she gives her maximum, likes to set new challenges and persistently strives to overcome them; training endorphins are her 'drug'. Since her earliest years she has been passionate about physical activity and sports competition.
Registrations
- Registrations are required — limited number of places.
- Maximum 11 people; minimum 5 for the class to take place.
- Initially we register for a maximum of 2 chosen classes (fitness and dance) per week, if these are separate events.
- We accept applications from regular and new participants; after preliminary registrations, if there are free places, we will add those interested to additional classes.
- Send registrations to: fitness@babkiznowejhuty.pl — in the email provide your full name, phone number and the dates of the classes you want to attend.
- If you sign up and cannot come, please inform us by e-mail no later than one day before the class so that we can invite a person from the waiting list. Lack of information and absence results in blocking the pass for the entire next month.
- Registrations can be made at most for one month after the event appears on Facebook; in subsequent months, if you want to continue trainings, send a new registration.
Practical information
- Sportswear that does not restrict movement.
- Necessary indoor fitness shoes providing grip and cushioning.
- Bring an exercise mat and drinking water.
- Classes are free of charge, however we collect a contribution for hall rental depending on the number of registered people and whether you register for the whole month or single days.
