About the event

We warmly invite you to relaxing, stretching sessions for a healthy spine and whole body.

WHEN: every Tuesday, 18:30–20:00 (1.5 h)
WHERE: neighborhood club K2O, ul. Wizjonerów 2, Mieszkaj w Mieście – Osiedle Wizjonerów
COST: 40 zł/person or a 4‑session pass 120 zł
INSTRUCTOR: Gosia Gocyk‑Wiśniewska

Class description:



“Healthy Spine” is a stretching and relaxation practice with elements of breathing exercises and meditation. During the exercises we will work on spinal flexibility — focusing on increasing spinal suppleness and strengthening the key muscle groups, which will bring health benefits to the whole body.

We will teach proper breathing so that by the end of the session you can enjoy a feeling of full relaxation and lightness. The classes will also introduce elements of self‑massage and aromatherapy.

We provide a friendly, open, neighborhood atmosphere for practicing together.



Practical information:



  • We train barefoot or in socks.
  • Please bring a mat or something to lie on for the classes.

About the instructor:



The classes are led by Gosia Gocyk‑Wiśniewska – a resident of Osiedle Wizjonerów. For 15 years she has been passionate about yoga and is a certified Hatha and Yin yoga teacher.
