Today, I can responsibly say that it is one of the most beautiful gifts I have received. My yoga journey began with yoga for the spine. The first classes made me realize that my body had forgotten what movement and breath are. It was hard, but I felt that after each class "peace comes to me, and the rush of thoughts stops." I overcame my weaknesses and stayed. After a few months, I moved on to vinyasa, which became my love. It's an incredible feeling to experience conscious, deep breathing that strengthens my body. In 2017, I completed the RYS 200 Yoga Alliance course and radically changed my life. For four years, I have been teaching classes at the University of the Third Age. I work with older people, and these classes bring me great satisfaction. I teach beginner yoga and vinyasa. Three years ago, I discovered Aerial Yoga, which I also practice in my free time. I strive to deepen my knowledge through various yoga workshops, reading about yoga, and attending classes with other teachers. Yoga has become my friend.
