I invite you to intimate Vinyasa yoga classes – a practice that combines movement with breath, strengthens the body, and calms the mind. What do we do? - We start gently – with a warm-up that helps release tension after a long day. - Then we smoothly transition into poses like warrior, crow, tree, or triangle – each of them develops the body and mindfulness. - We move in the rhythm of the breath, seeking balance between strength and flexibility, between movement and stillness. - At the end: relaxation with the sounds of a Nepalese singing bowl, Koshi chime, and kalimba – time just for you. For whom? For everyone! You don’t need experience – just the willingness to take care of yourself. Bring your mat, your coworkers, your boyfriend, and your mom. I am a graduate of postgraduate studies at AWF "Relaxation and Yoga," I completed a teacher training course at the Yoga Art of Life school and Vinyasa Power Yoga Basic training. I continuously develop myself through workshops with various teachers.
