Chair gymnastics classes aim to: - improve body stability and flexibility, - strengthen muscles, - enhance circulation, - help maintain fitness and balance at the right level. The classes are designed for adults of all ages and varying levels of physical fitness – we will focus on simple, safe exercises to improve mobility, coordination, and well-being. They are led by Anna – a podologist and medical caregiver. 📅 Schedule: - Mondays: 11:00 - 12:00 (Group III), - Tuesdays: 10:00 - 11:00 (Group I) and 11:15 - 12:15 (Group II). The classes are free, but registration via email or phone is required.
