I want to show you simple tools that you can take with you into your daily life. The classes are designed to help you feel safe and comfortable in your own body, find joy in movement and breathing, and experience a deeper connection with yourself. 👩🏫 Instructor: Klaudia Zaborska I am a graduate of postgraduate studies at AWF in Warsaw in Yoga and Relaxation. I conduct yoga classes for beginners, intermediate practitioners, stressed individuals, pregnant women, and postpartum mothers with their babies. I am also a psychology student and a participant in Z-health and 300-hrs YTTC courses. I am interested in the connection between body and mind, finding inner peace, and connecting with oneself. 📋 Workshop plan (3h): - Directing attention inward: - Body scan - Pranayama - Yoga: Gentle practice of moderate intensity. Vinyasa with elements of neuro-yoga and other somatic practices. - Relaxation: - Body scan - Jacobson relaxation - Savasana - Meditation - Closing 👥 Who is this workshop for?
