If you struggle with chronic fatigue, stress, burnout, overstimulation, or loneliness, this meeting may support you. You are invited to be in the forest with mindfulness, sensitivity and presence to what emerges from moment to moment. We will slowly walk forest paths, return to the primal simplicity of being with yourself, another person and nature. We will root ourselves in ourselves and in nature through breathing and conscious multisensory experience.

Forest therapy is a method based on numerous scientific studies: multifaceted human contact with the forest environment acts as a scientifically proven medical prevention, supporting treatment and rehabilitation. It can consist of various practices and activities in the forest environment, building therapeutic programs. The most common components are a mindful walk immersing all the senses, aromatherapy, breathing practices, mindfulness, work with imagination or art therapy. It is led by qualified guides (practitioners) of forest therapy with verified competencies and is aimed at improving health and/or health prevention.
Forest bathing / Shinrin-Yoku is a mindful, slow walk during which the senses are consciously activated: sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste, interoception and proprioception. The concept was developed in the 1980s in Japan and functions as a practice that reduces stress levels; it is a scientifically studied relaxation practice that supports health.
Organizer:
Ana Aneta Bejnar – guide of forest baths and forest therapy (certification: Institute of Relational Ecotherapy). For several years she has practiced Zen and mindfulness. She most often explores the nature of being in silence, quiet and solitude, in natural environments.
