Among the program highlights: 🎨 Workshops (registration required): Alicja Juchnicka invites sensitive souls, dreamers, artists, moms, dads, and children into the world of her fairy tales. The world she has created, full of Fairies, Shamans, and Good Spirits, will help us take a break from stereotypical thinking and immerse ourselves in the power of imagination, which can be useful in a world full of stress and haste. She will read two approximately half-hour fairy tales, and during the break between readings, she encourages discussion about the role of imagination in everyday life. Bring blankets, mats, cushions. Alicja Juchnicka - painter, creator, artist, author of the book "How I Became Light." I invite you to a meeting where we will explore how our own natural movement can relax and nourish us. During the workshop, there will be an opportunity to build your own movement practice to use in daily life for relaxation and nourishment. In leading the sessions, I will draw on: - developmental aspects of dance and movement therapy and the Laban Bartenieff Movement System - presence practices - zen coaching, focusing, mindfulness. My name is Kasia Nowak-Kawałowska. I support individuals, couples, and families in conflicts, crises, separation-related situations, and divorce processes from emotional, communicative, and legal perspectives. I also individually conduct hypnotherapy and trauma therapy using the Somatic Experiencing® approach. For small groups, I offer relaxation and development workshops. You can come with your "partner," someone you know, or come alone and open yourself to meeting someone new or decide to participate solo. There will be movement, fun, reflection, and inspiration. The workshop includes elements of conscious movement, breathing, relaxation techniques, art therapy, plastic arts, metaphor work, and drama. You can bring blankets/mats; chairs will be available for older participants or those who need them. Age doesn't matter; what counts is your openness to new experiences. Open yourself to the life within you, to the possibilities waiting to be noticed. Love as the foundation of everything. Małgorzata Kucharska - psychologist, coach, dietitian, art therapist, artist (Boska Makosza), author of texts. Want to play with sound, fascinated by everyday noises? You've come to the right place! We invite you to a workshop consisting of two parts. The first part is open to everyone. It involves creating a collective artwork. Anyone present at Łowicka that day can contribute. You can paint, write, draw. We encourage you to unleash your imagination. We want the artwork to be inspired by surrounding sounds. So close your eyes for a moment and listen to your surroundings. Think about what you hear in the next room, the neighboring building, the street. Tune in! Then open your eyes and... Try to translate that onto paper. The second part is more intimate. We invite people who want to participate in a creative workshop. The goal is primarily to have fun, discover the joy of creating sounds alone and with others. No musical skills are required. All we need from participants is openness to trying something new. We will use voices, bodies, musical instruments (if you play something, please bring your instrument) - anything that can be a source of sound and inspire us. Sounds interesting? Join us! For comfort, the group will consist of 9-12 people. Registration for the workshop: [email protected] We invite exhibitors with their works, handmade creations, and unique products to the Artistic Art Market.
