Technology and wellbeing – how to regain calm in a digital world?
During the workshop we will talk about how technology affects our wellbeing, stress levels and sleep. We will also consider what we can realistically change to regain calm and a sense of control.
The meeting is interactive – with short exercises and space for questions. You can bring something to write with!
A few words about the facilitator – Agata Marozas
I am a psychologist and educator. I support adults, parents and teenagers in coping with technology-related stress:
I combine simple digital hygiene rules with practical tension-regulation techniques. I also work in a walking therapy format – conversations in motion, which help many people unload their heads and organize their thoughts faster.
