Wodzierejów 3 Join us for a unique event – a day full of joy, spontaneity, and energy, where we celebrate 30 years of Laughter Yoga and discover our natural playfulness – the ability to play, create, and express ourselves authentically. What awaits you: - Laughter Yoga – releases laughter and joy, boosts immunity, and connects participants in a sense of community. - Playfulness Workshops – discovering your inner child, playing, and experimenting with the help of original Joy Alchemy cards. - Ecstatic Dance with DJ Esteban – freedom in movement, no judgment, no words. From gentle flow, through wild expression, to soothing calm. - Meditation for peace and harmony – a shared practice with the intention of peace and inner balance. Hosts: - Piotr Bielski – creator of Laughter Yoga in Poland, author of books, a father who reminds adults how to play and enjoy life. - Stefan Janicki (DJ Esteban) – DJ, guide of dance meditations, who combines ethnic sounds and progressive rhythms into ecstatic dance.
