“To be full of power – to be free, unlimited, creative, brilliant, divine – this is who you are… When you feel this within yourself, remember this feeling; recall it. This is your true nature…” In dance, we have the opportunity to feel this freedom, this infinite creativity and divinity that resides within us. It’s a journey where we rediscover ourselves, experiencing vitality and strength rooted in our body and mind. Let’s immerse ourselves together in movement to reconnect with our true selves. We don’t just dance; we remind ourselves of who we truly are. Ready for Transformation? Dance It Out! Let it all out. Bring Joy, Creativity, Courage, Freedom, Wildness, Gentleness, and Spaciousness into your life. 🌟 Through the practice of 5Rhythms®, we awaken the body, free the mind, and connect with ourselves through movement. When the body begins to dance, the mind calms down, and we enter a state of flow that allows us to feel life in its purest form. Through dance, we learn to accept ourselves, express our authenticity, and experience the present moment. The practice of 5Rhythms is a complete journey through emotions, self-expression, and connection with the tribe and the universe. Thanks to it, you will discover Joy, Creativity, Courage, Freedom, Wildness, Gentleness, and Spaciousness within yourself. It’s not just dance but a path to deeper self-discovery and soul healing. This is not a dance requiring knowledge of steps or technique – it’s movement flowing from the body and intuition, where everyone finds their own way of expression. 5Rhythms® is a practice that teaches us how to awaken the body and free the mind. The mind calms down when the body is recognized, befriended, and danced out. When the body is in motion, it becomes pure energy, flow – it becomes life itself. Through 5 qualities of movement (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness), we give ourselves the chance to find ourselves, understand, and be Here and Now – with open hearts and clear minds. If you bring your body into motion, the soul will heal itself. The 5Rhythms® method is a dynamic movement practice created by Gabrielle Roth, combining various traditions and philosophies from around the world. Drawing from the wisdom of indigenous, mystical, shamanic, and Eastern traditions, 5Rhythms® also incorporates elements of Gestalt therapy and transpersonal psychology. The method is based on the assumption that everything in nature, including our lives, moves in rhythms and cycles. 📋 What to bring: - Comfortable dance clothes. - A water bottle. 📅 Time and place: - Wednesday, 24.09.2025, 20:00–22:00 (and every following Wednesday). - Platerki - Private Schools of Cecylia Plater-Zyberkówny, Piękna 24/26, 00-549 Warsaw. - Please be punctual. 📞 If you have trouble finding the hall, call: 884303630. 💰 Cost and registration: - Prior reservation required: [email protected]. - 80 PLN at the door on the day of the event.
