Especially for you, to support you with tools that will help you connect even better with yourself, with another person, or with a group, Aga & Kris have created a series of workshops/special classes ECSTATIC DANCE IN RELATION We invite you to classes designed to inspire a fuller experience of yourself and others through spontaneous dance. Their aim is for dance to become not only an expression, but also a path to true encounter. Imagine a space where you don't have to prove or perform anything. All you need is to be present, and dance becomes a way to connect with yourself and others. This is not a dance lesson, but a journey towards authenticity, mindfulness, and meeting. Every step, glance, and gesture becomes a language of communication here. Event plan: - We will start with solo dance, to first connect with yourself and your body. This experience will become the foundation for entering relationships through movement. - Gradually, we will explore different forms of relationship: with yourself in solo dance, with another person in pairs, and with the whole group. - At the end, we will surrender to a shared process, one rhythm, in which everyone brings their own energy and qualities. During the classes, we will observe boundaries, learning to express and respect them. Above all, we will reach for various qualities present in the body and the world around us, to learn how to draw inspiration from them in dance and in the experience of meeting another person. This workshop is for you if: - You long for movement that truly moves you - You want to experience dance in relation without judgment and expectations - You are curious how your energy harmonizes with the energy of others.
