Or maybe you still feel that THEY are the problem? If you ask yourself even one of these questions - this training is for you! Regardless of what answers appear in your head or you hear from others... I invite you to an adventure with dialogue and practical application of NVC. What does it mean? Prepare for many exciting encounters with your own linguistic habits that hinder communication with people. Like through a lens, you'll notice that it takes very little to reverse the vicious cycle of communication problems, which so often turn into relationship issues – at home and at work. You will experience dialogues with training participants in the "laboratory" of the School of Empathy and Dialogue - where everything will become clearer, understandable, and much easier to absorb. This is guaranteed by a group of people who - just like you - decide to participate in the training. Because they want to work on their own style of establishing contact and relationships with people. They want relationships in which everyone can be themselves, reveal themselves and their "secret" as they wish, to whom they wish, and as much as they wish. And also to accept the secrets of others with the attention and respect that each of us deserves. This is not just training, theory, and exercises, but a package of communication experiences, great fun, and building warm and lasting relationships with participants. The training consists of 4 modules, which form a complete training cycle. 📅 We start on Fridays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM 📅 We continue on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📍 Classes take place in Warsaw. December 12-14, 2025 - Emotions that particularly hinder contact - shame and guilt. How to recognize these viruses that imperceptibly destroy relationships. - IV. This program is enriched with contemporary knowledge about communication and developmental psychology. We learned NVC from Marshall Rosenberg, so the School of Empathy and Dialogue program refers to trainings conducted by the creator of NVC and is enriched with experiences in working with people, especially families and children. Classes take place in a closed, fixed group of participants, with the same trainer and assistants, which allows for gradually building an atmosphere of mutual respect, trust, and safety needed during learning and exercises. The training is conducted by Zofia Schacht-Petersen, a certified NVC and Family Lab trainer, mediator, somatic and developmental trauma therapist (SE, NARM, Rhythms of Regulation - therapy based on Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting), systemic family therapist.
