Today, with full responsibility, I can say it is one of the most beautiful gifts I have received. My yoga path began with yoga for the spine. The first classes made me realize that my body had forgotten what movement and breath are. It was hard, but I felt that after each class, peace would come to me and the rush of thoughts would stop. I overcame my weaknesses and stayed. After a few months, I went to vinyasa, which became my love. It's an amazing feeling to feel a conscious, deep breath that strengthens my body. To enter each asana with full awareness and safety. Yoga gave me a sense of self-worth. Thanks to it, I know what is good and important for me, what I expect from life. In 2017, I completed the Rys 200 Yoga Alliance course and radically changed my life. For four years, I have been teaching at the University of the Third Age. I work with older people, and these classes give me great satisfaction. I teach yoga for beginners and vinyasa. Three years ago, I discovered Aerial Yoga, which I also practice in my free time. I try to deepen my knowledge at various yoga workshops, read about yoga, and attend classes with other teachers. Yoga has become my friend.
