We are opening recruitment for a year-long therapy group for adults from dysfunctional families (ACoA/ACDF). This group is for you if you experience: - fear of intimacy and difficulties in building satisfying relationships and partnerships - a sense that you can't cope with emotions (anger, regret, sadness, shame) - strong tension in situations beyond your control - high self-demands (perfectionism) - low self-esteem, underappreciating and criticizing yourself and others - living with a sense of harm and/or guilt - lack of a sense of security - feeling different, worse, misunderstood, or unworthy of attention - codependency, taking on the role of caretaker or rescuer Facilitators: Monika Godlewska Psychologist, psychotherapist, and personal development workshop trainer. For years associated with the Od-Do Association, where she specializes in individual and group psychotherapy for people with ACoA/ACDF syndrome. She completed a training program preparing her for systemic therapeutic work with people from dysfunctional families. She gained experience in long-term psychotherapy for adults during a 2-year professional internship. She completed her clinical internship at the 4th Psychiatric Ward of the Nowowiejski Hospital in Warsaw. Currently, she is further developing her psychotherapy skills at the Gestalt Integral Psychotherapy Institute. Maria Turek Psychotherapist after a comprehensive 4-year training in humanistic-experiential Gestalt psychotherapy at IIPG in Krakow (a training center accredited by EAGT, PTPG, and PTP), art therapist, workshop and support group trainer. She is also participating in training as a psychodrama assistant at the Polish Institute of Psychodrama. She works individually with adults and youth (15+) as well as with groups, leading workshops, therapy groups for youth and adults, and support groups. She conducts psychotherapy in the Gestalt approach. In her work, she uses various forms, drawing from art therapy and psychodrama, engaging the body, emotions, intellect, creativity, and sensitivity in the therapeutic process. 📅 Dates: Meetings will take place on Mondays from 17:30 to 19:30 starting February 2025. The group will start once a sufficient number of participants have signed up (minimum 8 people) and will run until the end of December 2025, with a summer break (July – August). 💰 Investment: 600 PLN/month (75 PLN/hour) payable in advance by the 10th of each month.
