    About the event

    Do you sometimes feel disgust, feel used in seemingly ordinary situations, and then ruminate about it? Do you explode at loved ones and then sink into guilt? Are you afraid you carry a powerful arsenal of anger that, if you started to express it, would destroy everything important to you? Or maybe you don’t feel anger at all — you’re accompanied by sadness, sorrow, guilt and a drive to be perfect? Or you observe anger but are afraid to use it so as not to be rejected, which makes you fail to keep your boundaries? Do you have the impression that your autoimmune illnesses and symptoms in the body may have something to do with repressing anger?



    If you answered YES to at least one of these questions — know that:



    • You are not alone. In the last 4 years the facilitator has helped more than 1000 women and over 100 men recover a healthy relationship with anger.
    • You can change your relationship with anger — tame it so it becomes an ally, not an enemy.


    What is this training about?



    Love and Power: Conscious Anger is a transforming, practical training in the Possibility Management approach. It’s work in an intimate group — solo, pair and group exercises — that teach conscious feeling of anger in the body and responsible use of it. It’s not about venting or catharsis, but about taming anger and using its constructive power.



    • After participation, participants often: ask for raises and can negotiate them
    • set and maintain boundaries with partners/parents/managers
    • collaborate better with more experienced people
    • as leaders defend their vision and care for the team
    • speak more quietly but are heard more
    • move out of helplessness, make decisions and take action
    • regain access to their agentic, decisive part of themselves
    • see improvements in sleep and health, and sometimes reduced medication needs


    How does the process look?



    • We start with a positive discovery of what gives you energy and power.
    • We learn to recognize low and medium-intensity anger in the body and to use it responsibly.
    • Through voluntary exercises we remove layers of toxic socialization and limiting beliefs.
    • We train tools for using anger to set boundaries, reach for what you want, make decisions and self-care.
    • We finish with gentle integrating practices, and after the training a private Support and Celebration Group is created for participants of that edition.


    Facilitator



    My name is Gabriela Klara Kowalska. For over 7 years I have worked as a somatic therapist, and for over 4 years I have led anger-taming trainings in Poland. I work in the Possibility Management approach and lead trainings for women and men. I have worked with over 1000 women and nearly 100 men.

    Practical details:



    Place: Wytwórnia Dobra, ul. Sabały 39, Warsaw

    Date: 07–08.02.2026
    - Saturday, 07.02 — 10:30–18:30 (with a lunch break)
    - Sunday, 08.02 — 10:30–15:30 (with a short lunch break)

    Investment: 980 PLN – 1700 PLN (participant chooses how much to pay). Possibility of installment payments — write to the facilitator or mark it in the registration form. Invoices issued.



    Additional information:



    • Limited number of places: maximum 10 people.
    • You can write or call the facilitator if money is an obstacle — we will look for options.
    • After the training you will receive materials (recordings, photos, instructions) and access to a private support group.


    Who is this training for?



    • For people who want to effectively set and maintain boundaries
    • For people who accumulate anger in the body and explode occasionally
    • For people who do not feel anger and instead experience sadness or guilt
    • For those who want to start making decisions and acting in accordance with themselves


    This training is not for people in severe mental crisis or suffering from serious mental disorders, nor for those who want to get rid of anger once and for all.
