We warmly invite you to a series of workshop meetings with recovery assistants. The sessions will include: - lecture parts, - exercise parts, - artistic parts, - discussion parts. We will use elements of art therapy. Each facilitator has experienced their own mental health crisis, hence the idea of creating a safe space for people who want to share their experiences. We will spend time together in a creative and enjoyable way, embracing our mental health with care and mindfulness. 📅 Schedule: - 09.07.2025, 5:30 PM (Wednesday): Daily practice of gratitude - creating and filling gratitude pouches. - 13.08.2025, 5:30 PM (Wednesday): Words have power - creative workshops on painting affirmation stones. - 10.09.2025, 5:30 PM (Wednesday): ABC of conversations with loved ones.
