We invite you to participate in free support meetings for Warsaw residents experiencing grief or loss. The meetings provide an opportunity to spend time together in a safe space, engage in open conversations, creative exploration, and reflection. Each meeting will be led by a therapist and will last approximately 2.5 hours. The meetings will take place on Fridays at 6:30 PM at the Therapeutic Center in Żoliborz. Registration is required via an online form. Each meeting will accommodate up to eight participants, and invitations will be issued based on the order of registration. Some meetings will have an art therapy focus, meaning participants will be invited to engage in creative artistic work.
