We invite you to participate in free support meetings for Warsaw residents experiencing grief or loss. The meetings provide an opportunity to spend time together in a safe space, engage in open conversations, and explore creativity and reflection. - Each meeting will be led by a therapist and will last approximately 2.5 hours. - Meetings will take place on Fridays at 6:30 PM at the Therapeutic Center in Żoliborz, and registration is required via an online form. - Each meeting will accommodate a maximum of eight participants, and invitations will be based on the order of registration. - Some meetings will have an art therapy focus, meaning participants will be invited to engage in creative artistic work. The first two meetings will be led by therapist Ewa Czuchaj: 📅 August 29: "Words, thoughts that are important, capacious, multifaceted."
