Development group for adults on the autism spectrum Group goal: We invite adults on the autism spectrum who want to: - better understand their emotions and needs, - develop communication and relationship-building skills, - feel more confident in social situations, - find their own way to "navigate" the neurotypical world, - strengthen their connection with themselves and others in a safe, supportive space. The group is developmental and closed – participants sign up at the beginning of the cycle and work in a fixed composition, which fosters trust, bonding, and deeper self-work. For whom: For adults on the spectrum who feel that: - they find it difficult to recognize their own needs and emotions, - they face challenges in communication or interactions with others, - they feel lost in neurotypical social rules, - they want to grow and better understand themselves in a group. There are no age restrictions. What matters is the willingness to work on oneself and regular participation. Meeting structure: - Meetings approximately every two weeks (12 meetings in total). - Each lasts 2 hours with a 10-minute break. Mandatory session elements: - Welcome circle – introduction, sharing expectations and mood. - Interactive part – developmental exercises, discussions, group work, elements of social training, depending on participants' needs. - Closing circle – summary, exchange of impressions, closing the meeting. 📅 Dates and location: Dates (5:30 PM–8:20 PM): - September 19 - October 10, 24 - November 14, 28 - December 12 Location: Pracownia Psychoterapii i Wszystkiego Dobrego, ul. Czeska 11/2 (Warsaw). 💰 A preliminary consultation is required before joining the group, costing 210 PLN. Participation in the group costs 1200 PLN / 12 hours – 6 meetings. The group will start after gathering 8 participants. Works individually with adults during moments of overload, crisis, and searching for meaning. She is passionate about topics of creativity, high sensitivity, and neurodiversity.
