I invite you to a series of meetings for people with ADHD and AuDHD. We will create a permanent, closed, and intimate group where we can safely explore and share our experiences of neurodiversity. After 9 guided meetings, the group will receive tools to become a permanent self-help group. During the guided meeting cycle, we meet for 2.5 hours every Monday (except holidays) from mid-November to the end of January 2026. These meetings are for you if: - you want to better understand how ADHD/AuDHD affects your daily life and your long-term future. - you are tired of random content on social media and want to systematically and orderly discover your neurodiversity - you are open to the group, want to be supported and to give support. - you believe, as I do, that you can manage on your own, but it's better to have support in a small community What to expect? The meetings will mainly be conversations, but there will also be space for gentle bodywork – elements of meditation, bodywork, shaking (nothing physically demanding), and art therapy. Most meetings will also include a short lecture or knowledge presentation. The group is permanent and operates according to safety rules, especially confidentiality. NOTE. The group is led in such a way that it can continue its work independently – without a facilitator (and without payment). The group is formed during the guided meeting cycle, but the goal is for the mini-community to last longer. What will not be included in this cycle? Most importantly: the meetings are not therapy, but developmental workshops. We will not limit ourselves to just talking – the opportunity to "vent." Of course, conversation will be a major part of the meetings, but I plan to use various workshop formats. Can I join without a formal diagnosis? Priority will be given to those with a formal diagnosis of ADHD or AuDHD, but this is not a requirement for joining the group. A strong conviction, supported by at least six months of self-observation, is enough. Where and when? 📍 Mondays 19:15–21:45 U3 venue, Skaryszewska 15 – a creative space designed for important meetings in the courtyard of a Praga tenement house. We have access to a kitchen and a discount on creative classes at U3. 📅 We start on Monday, November 17! Participation in the first meeting is free – you can come and see if it's for you. Meeting dates: - November 17, 24 - December 1, 8, 15, 22 - January 12, 19, 26 (no meetings on December 29 or January 5) Who leads? Hania Nowicka (Dzikie Ścieżki) – diagnosed as an adult with AuDHD. Among many other activities – personal development trainer and graduate of the Psychological Assistance Program (1st year of Gestalt therapy school). I founded a permanent ADHD self-help group in Jazdów and run activities activating the ADHD community. In group work, I draw inspiration from traditional singing, contact improvisation, theater, and performance practices. I believe in the healing power of groups and collective action. Dzikie Ścieżki are paths of development leading to reconnection, along which I accompany those seeking support: clarity, meaning, better self-understanding, and their mission in the world. I draw from deep ecology and support in various areas, including: - youth in building resilience against the epidemic of loneliness through mountain hikes; - women in strengthening their sense of agency through bushcraft in the forest; - people overwhelmed by chaos and clutter in their homes through gentle and mindful decluttering. Finally, - neurodivergent people in seeking meaning and self-identification by building small support communities. 💰 How much does it cost? - 1080 PLN – for registration confirmed by deposit payment by November 17 (inclusive) - 1220 PLN – price after November 17 📝 How to sign up? Fill out the form: https://forms.gle/E8iZMSh4p22vhszd9 Then schedule a 15-minute introductory conversation with me – by phone or online. If the initial conversation confirms for both sides – you and me – that this is the right cycle for you, pay the deposit and come on November 17. Questions? Write to sciezkidzikie@gmail.com Hania
