We invite you to the next edition of the training for OSHO meditation facilitators, led by Urszula Radzińska. "There are many things you only learn when you start teaching them. The best way to learn something is to teach it." Osho The OSHO® Meditation In Depth and Facilitation training is intended for those who want to lead Osho meditations for others or dive deeper into their own meditation practice. The training ends with obtaining a certificate authorizing you to conduct Osho meditations and a diploma. The training will cover topics such as: - What is meditation? - Who is OSHO? - The unique approach and "atmosphere" around OSHO meditation. - In-depth practice of many OSHO active meditations: the science behind each, the essence of their steps, life points that make a difference. - Short OSHO meditations for the whole day and for use as a facilitator. - The role of the facilitator, helpful tips. - Your own questions and how to answer meditators' questions - Grounding, free communication, using equipment, presentation practice The training will be led by Urszula Radzińska Coach, mentor, entrepreneur, creator of the MyMeditation.Space, president of the Mindful Living Foundation.
