We invite you to a special group meditation and breathwork session. This is a space to meet — with your breath, your body, your emotions and with what is alive in your experience.
We meet on a special day — during the spring equinox. It symbolizes a new beginning, balance and rebirth. Yet to open to the new, we need to close what is old. This evening will be an opportunity for a conscious transition — with mindfulness and gentleness toward yourself.
What is a group meditation and breathwork session? It is a meeting in conscious breathing — with yourself and with the group, in mindful presence.
During the session you may experience deep contact with yourself — with what is current, but also with what is hidden and unexpressed. It is a time to listen to your needs, emotions and desires. You can close stories that ask for recognition and farewell, to make space for the new.
At the same time you can touch your resources: calm, creativity, power and inner balance.
For some people answers may appear to questions:
- Who am I?
- What do I need?
- What do I want from life?
- In which direction do I want to go?
The session can bring release of tensions in the body, deep relaxation and a sense of lightness and relief. The breath becomes a guide in the process of returning to yourself — everyone experiences it in their own way.
Małgosia: I am a Practitioner and Trainer of Transmodal Breathwork. I gained knowledge and experience in breathwork at the Michał Godlewski Breath Institute. Working with the breath has truly changed my life and relationships. It taught me to set healthy boundaries, choose what supports me, and build a deep relationship with myself. Today I accompany others in the process of working with the body, emotions and experiences recorded in the nervous system — on the way to greater awareness, agency and authenticity. During sessions I create a space in which, with mindfulness and respect, you can explore your inner world — at your own pace and according to your own boundaries.
Anna: I am a mindfulness teacher and a lawyer. I run mindfulness courses and individual sessions. I support developmental processes by asking questions and accompanying the search for answers as a coach and mentor. I run strengths mentoring based on Gallup talent analysis. I completed two-year studies in process-oriented psychology and training for strengths mentors, coaches and mindfulness teachers. In working with another person I am guided by mindfulness, respect and curiosity toward each person’s unique path. Clients say that I create a space of safety and trust — I am feeling, close and supportive.
