In October 2024, Master Zhang Ming Liang first introduced the Yi Jin Jing (Transformation of Muscles and Tendons) qigong system in Poland according to the teachings of the Emei lineage.

This workshop, which will take place in December, is intended for both participants of the aforementioned workshop and for beginners who want to get acquainted with this exercise system.

The workshop will be led by Rafał Becker - a student of Master Zhang Ming Liang.
