BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY: RYT 200

We invite you to a teacher training course accredited by Yoga Alliance, which will take place in Warsaw, at Joga Studio Saska Kępa.

The RYT 200 course is the first level on the Yoga Alliance certification path – these are teaching credentials recognized worldwide.

The course will deepen and systematize your knowledge about practice and give it a new dimension that will enable you to share your experience with others. It will combine theoretical and practical knowledge, allowing you to build your own path, and consequently, your personal brand. You will get to know yourself better and meet other wonderful people who have chosen a similar path.

The course program includes, among others:
practice
teaching methodology
yoga anatomy
in-depth knowledge of asanas
creating Vinyasa sequences
history and philosophy of yoga
various methods of working with the body
building your own brand
The course will be held in a stationary form (JSSK) and online

During the RYT200 course, we will have the pleasure of collaborating with wonderful teachers:
Marek Łaskawiec – philosophy of yoga and Sanskrit
Kamila Kunkiewicz – anatomy
Linda Parys – yoga business

The course will conclude with an exam and the receipt of the international Yoga Alliance RYT 200 diploma.
Only 100% attendance and passing the exam will condition its receipt.
We invite individuals who have been regularly practicing yoga for at least 2 years – qualification based on an interview, questionnaire, and submitted recording (sun salutations B).
