The workshop is intended for both those who have not yet encountered Kundalini Yoga and those who are already familiar with it.
As for the theme of the workshop, we invite all those who want to reach for their inner power and begin to transcend their own boundaries of self-confidence, distance from reality, conscious creation, well-being, abundance, and happiness.
💎 What will you experience?💎
You will encounter three main parts of the workshop:
☀️ Physical exercises using Kundalini yoga techniques.
The physical exercise session will serve as an introduction to the subsequent practices. We will work with the physical body as well as the energetic level of our being.
We will take care of the well-being of the spine and the entire central energy channel. We will stimulate circulation, shake off stagnant emotions that have played their role and are no longer needed in your life.
Participation in the session does not require experience in yoga. The intensity of the exercises will be adjusted to the level of advancement of the workshop participants.
☀️ Breathing session using pranayama techniques from Kundalini yoga.
The theme of the session will be to discover additional inner power and to remind oneself of one's own divinity.
With the help of breath, we will first cleanse ourselves, bidding farewell and expressing gratitude for what is no longer needed in your life. Then, by raising the vibrations more and more, we will remind ourselves of the essence of your being - the divinity that you have within.
Participation in the session does not require experience or knowledge of breathing techniques / pranayama. The intensity of the exercises will be adjusted to the advancement of the workshop participants.
☀️ Relaxation and integration with the sounds of the gong.
The theme of the session will be the integration of experiences from the first two parts of the workshop.
The sounds of the gong and other instruments will take you to the deepest layers of your being. You will allow the strong vibrations of unconditional love emitted by the gongs to wash away the remnants of low emotions from your essence. You will ground the memory of the divinity within you, which will from now on guide you along the best possible paths of your life on Earth.
We will start and close the workshop with a circle, where we will get to know each other and talk about our experiences from the workshop.

💎 Workshop plan.💎
The workshop will last about 3 hours:
- about 15 min opening circle
- 1.5h Kundalini Yoga and pranayama session
- about 15 min break
- 45 min gong concert
- about 15 min closing circle
💎 How to prepare?💎
Eat a light meal at least 2 hours before the start of the workshop.
If you can, skip coffee, tea, and other stimulants that day.
Bring water, a warm sweatshirt or sweater, and you may take your mat and favorite blanket.

We want to keep the compensation for the workshop in the philosophy of gift economy, so you will pay as much as you want for the workshop - you choose the amount you want to contribute. Payment on site in cash.
