About the method:

Bioenergetic Analysis (Lowen's method) is a bodywork method derived from the psychoanalytic tradition, reaching back into the past while also allowing work on what is happening here and now in the body, enabling one to feel alive and experiencing, providing access to insight and experience.

According to Alexander Lowen, the creator of this method, a person living in unity of body and mind experiences harmony – a free flow of life energy. This is what is called 'living life to the fullest.' However, we all encounter obstacles: blockages in the body, tensions. Often, it is a true armor we have created to protect ourselves from injuries, which separates us from the world. Bioenergetics can help regain our original nature – openness to love, to all manifestations of vitality. It is really about regaining contact with the body. Our experiences are recorded in it. It reveals our history – how we function, how we feel, think, and how we enter into relationships.

📌 If someone is in therapy, it is good for the therapist to know about participation in the classes.

📌 Classes are contraindicated:

- pregnancy, postpartum,
- currently ongoing acute and subacute states (regardless of whether they are post-traumatic or infectious)
