Saturday: 9:30 AM–11:30 AM and 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM–11:30 AM and 1:30 PM–3:30 PM

Kalarippajattu is a South Indian martial art that combines dynamic training with personal development.
The dynamic and versatile training of kalarippajattu includes numerous exercises and movement sequences that simultaneously build strength, increase flexibility, develop agility, coordination, and concentration. It provides comprehensive movement of the entire body, improves breath control, develops endurance, and engages the mind and spirit.
Kalari training transforms and balances energy, improves circulation and body function, clears the mind, and positively influences overall attitudes towards life.
The workshop program will include learning basic elements such as
•exercises,
•animal positions,
•movement sequences
•staff practice.
Everyone is welcome to the workshops, regardless of movement experience and fitness level. The training format allows simultaneous participation of individuals at different levels of advancement, and the scope and pace of exercises are tailored to their abilities.
The workshops will be led by Justyna Rodzińska-Nair, a teacher and promoter of kalari, co-founder of the Kalari Studio.
Cost:
2 days: 420 PLN
1 day: 250 PLN
NOTE: In the 1-day option, beginners can participate in training only on Saturday.
