EVENT REGULATIONS

1. Every participant of the event is obliged to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the provisions of these Regulations. In the case that the participant is a minor, the Regulations apply to their legal guardians.

2. Participation in the event is voluntary.

3. Individuals who are at least 13 years old may participate in the event. Those under 13 may only participate under the supervision of adults who are responsible for their safety.

4. The event organizer sets a limit on the number of participants, and in the event of exceeding this limit, reserves the right to deny entry to additional individuals.

5. The organizer provides the event participant with conditions suitable for conducting activities during the event.

6. In special cases that prevent the event from taking place, the organizer reserves the right to change the date and location of the event.

7. The organizer is not responsible for the destruction or loss of the participant's property, as well as for damages caused by participants during the event.

8. The use of rooms and equipment provided for the organization of the event by the participant must be in accordance with their intended purpose. The participant is obliged to maintain order and leave the premises in an undamaged state.

9. The material responsibility for removing and repairing damages caused by the participant lies with the participant themselves or their legal guardian.

10. The participant acknowledges that participation in the event involves physical effort and carries a natural risk of accidents (injury), bodily harm, and physical injuries.

11. The organizer does not insure the participants of the event and is not responsible for accidents during participation in the event. Each participant should have their own accident insurance.

12. The event participant may be exposed to continuous exposure to sound, flashing lights, and smoke.

13. The event participant declares that they have full capacity to participate in the event. The participant declares that they have no health contraindications to participate in the event and participates in the activities at their own risk and responsibility.

14. Animals are prohibited from entering the event area.

15. Recording and other forms of documenting activities during the event without the organizer's consent are prohibited.

16. The event organizer reserves the right to take photo and video recordings of the event for documentation, promotion, and reporting purposes.

17. The event participant agrees to the free use, recording, and reproduction of photos and videos taken during the event through any social media, in informational and promotional materials, and souvenir materials, and waives rights related to the control and approval of each use of photographs and videos featuring their image.

18. Participants are obliged to maintain public order, follow the instructions of security personnel, and respect other participants. The organizer has the right to remove from the event area individuals who disrupt public order, the course of the event, or behave contrary to the Regulations.

19. After purchasing a ticket from the organizer, it cannot be returned, but it can be resold to another person. In such a case, the organizer must be notified to change the details on the ticket.

20. Purchasing a ticket is tantamount to familiarizing oneself with and accepting the event regulations.
