What is a hammock in aerial yoga?
Imagine a soft cloth suspended above the ground, where you can comfortably lie down, gently swaying to the rhythm of the music. The hammock used in aerial yoga supports your body, relieves your spine, and helps you enter a state of deep relaxation. It’s your private shelter from the winter cold. It’s like a cocoon.

What is a handpan?
It’s an extraordinary instrument with a cosmic sound, resembling a steel disc or a UFO. Its subtle, hypnotic sounds, reminiscent of a combination of bells and harp, will envelop you in warmth and harmony, helping you detach from the winter grayness.
