Facial and head reflexology (neuro-reflex therapy) is a unique method of restoring energy and organ balance in the functioning of the body. It affects the health of the physical body and a relaxed mind. The sessions of facial and head reflexology proposed by Magda belong to the so-called Sorensen¬si¬stemTM - a system proposed by Lone Sorensen. It is a holistic supportive therapy, an excellent form of health prevention and stress reduction.

It can be used for children, adults, and pregnant women.

On the face and head - just like on the feet, hands, and ears - we have points and zones that are connected to internal organs and systems through the nervous system. Based on the phenomenon of the reflex arc and 'working on the face and head,' we thus influence organs and systems distant from it.

Facial and head reflexology combines in one treatment 'diagnosis' of subcutaneous deposits, proper therapy, and stress reduction. This multi-stage stimulation (pressing, massage) of specific points and organ zones activates the process of self-regulation and regeneration of the body.

It leads to a state of energy balance in a distant organ or part of the body and, as a result, to a gradual recovery of balance. Through massage and stimulation of the appropriate zones on the face and head, one can influence the regulation of organs and systems, including the immune, hormonal, digestive, and respiratory systems. Magda Ratajczyk, Master of Naturopathy, certified reflexologist with several years of experience, graduate of the International Institute of Facial Reflexology, International Study of Reflexology, and the Lone Sorensen Institute in Barcelona (SorensensistemTM). She also has qualifications to conduct instructional meetings 'Reflexology for Mom and Child,' where she teaches reflexology techniques that support women after childbirth and help small children in healthy development.

Fees:

- Facial and head reflexology Children – 130 PLN;
- in addition, the fee for staying in the normobaria should be added: adult – 90 PLN, Junior/Senior – 70 PLN. You can also use a session from a pass if you have one or acquire it.
