Free workshops for people aged 18 - 26
living or studying in the city center district
Is tension often accompanying you in your daily life?
Do you feel the effects of stress in your body?
After a stressful day, do you find it hard to relax?
If you want to learn effective ways to cope with stress and better handle the challenges of everyday life – we invite you!
During the workshops:
• You will stop in the 'here and now'
• You will learn methods for dealing with stress and tension
• We will use imagination, movement, breath work, and elements of meditation
• We will look at how the body reacts to stress and how to alleviate its effects through body work
• You will relax, rest, and meet new people
