I open for you the space of tantric being, experiencing, and warmly invite you.

ON SATURDAY – November 9th, if you are in the city, I want to invite you to a meeting – a laboratory – of tantric practices, which I hope will fill you with goodness, raise your vibrations, and nourish your curiosity, the need to expand experiences, joy, and focus on your own sensations, body, and consciousness. I also follow the need to create a space where we can experience connections and meet new people.

I hope that the Warsaw meetings 'Tantra&theCity' will become cyclical, creating a space for good meetings and interactions.

The meeting is for everyone who resonates:
- you can come alone
- you can come with a partner or friends
- I invite you if you practice tantra
- I invite you if you want to feel what tantra can be for you
- you have never experienced tantra if you wish, it can be your initiation
- I invite you if you simply have curiosity or want to meet new people.

The beauty of the tantric practice laboratory lies in the fact that each experience is very individual, everyone receives what they need for their growth.

In the plan of practice, Tantra Yoga and Tao provide space for experiences:
- expanding the sensation of the body
- noticing YOURSELF as a experiencing being
- tantric meditative state
- conscious energy management
- awareness of polarity and the field of connections with other beings
- conscious touch and expressing boundaries and needs (Circle of Consent)
- awakening inner joy and what wants to be awakened;)
- relaxation of the mind
- another dimension of body relaxation
- tantra dance transcending interactions in dance.

Bring:
- comfortable, light clothing (there will be no nudity at the meeting)
- a plastic bottle or water bottle (no glass is allowed in the room)
- a blanket or mat, possibly a cushion to sit on.
