What should we focus on? If you need healing and releasing baggage and patterns from the subconscious, unconscious fears, emotions, patterns, and childhood blocks – this workshop is for you! Our first breath defines our entry into life. While still in the womb, we absorb our mother's emotions and fears. Our journey begins with a sense of security and love or with feelings of uncertainty and fear, depending on her well-being. In childhood, for self-protection, we push all traumatic experiences into the subconscious. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to survive. In adulthood, these wounds or experiences return at the least expected moments, and we behave like a hurt little girl or boy. We succumb to emotions, are afraid, often insecure, shy, and do not believe in our own abilities. Our emotional reactions are not adequate to the situation. During the workshop, we will experience rebirth, heal the time when we were still in the womb, the time of our birth, childhood wounds, and the wounds of mother and father using breathing techniques, meditation, and kundalini yoga.
