Vagus Nerve – Discover peace in body and mind I invite you to a workshop entirely dedicated to the vagus nerve, responsible for the ability to feel calm and deep relaxation, as well as overall well-being. The meeting will be an opportunity to embark on an inner journey that will help you understand how to connect the psyche with the body to build balance. During the workshop, you will learn techniques that, with regular practice, can bring you real benefits such as: - Deep relaxation and tension reduction - Better perception and recognition of signals from the body and conscious responses to them - Greater resilience to stress and difficult emotions - Improved sleep quality and overall well-being - Increased sense of security and inner balance You will learn how to support your nervous system daily through breathing, movement, and mindfulness, improving your quality of life. The program also includes yoga practice, which will allow for deep body relaxation, and Yoga Nidra – the deepest conscious rest that will nourish both body and mind. The workshop is led by Justyna Kasprzycka – psychologist, certified psychotherapist of the European Association for Psychotherapy. Since 2014, she has been practicing integrative psychotherapy, Resilience Informed Therapy, and EMDR, and since 2022, she is also a certified yoga instructor.
