Advanced Yoga with Agata Rozkocha

I invite you to an in-depth Iyengar yoga practice:

• to increase awareness and understanding of asanas and pranayama
• to work toward advanced asanas and their preparatory variants
• to explore philosophical aspects based on Patañjali's Yoga Sutras
• regeneration or meditation at the end

Who is it for?

• For people practicing Iyengar yoga for over a year.
• People comfortably doing inverted poses or their substitute variants, open to working with props and in pairs.
• Experienced practitioners of other yoga styles are also welcome.

Instructor:

Agata Rozkocha — certified IYENGAR® yoga teacher (Level 2).
Classes will take place with a minimum of 5 people.

Single classes: 75 zł, payable by bank transfer up to 5 days before the date (date of receipt in the account).
If you want an invoice — write the details; you will pay based on the issued invoice.
Payment for classes is non-refundable. If classes are canceled, the payment will be transferred to the next date.
