Do you feel it's time to slow down—for yourself and your students? Maybe you're an experienced yoga teacher looking to enrich your offerings with yin yoga and yoga nidra. Or perhaps you're just starting your teaching journey and seeking new inspiration. Maybe you've been practicing yin yoga for a long time and want to understand it more deeply—or simply wish to learn how to rest fully, consciously, and mindfully. Together with Joga Centrum—the oldest yoga school in Krakow—we invite you to the Certified Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course (40h, Yoga Alliance YACEP). Yin Yoga - A practice that leads us deep within ourselves. - Teaches acceptance, embracing discomfort, and letting go. - Helps balance excess yang energy, bringing deep relaxation and calm. - Requires no physical preparation—just openness to experience. Yoga Nidra - A practice of conscious sleep and deep relaxation. - Originates from tantric traditions and was popularized by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. - Helps release subconscious tensions, relax the body, and restore mental clarity. - Can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or experience. What connects these two practices? Both teach conscious rest. They stabilize the nervous system, calm the mind, and provide tools for coping with stress—in everyday life and in working with students. Course Structure The course includes 40 hours of theory and practice: - two weekend in-person meetings in Krakow (Joga Centrum Bronowice, ul. Armii Krajowej 16), one 3-hour online session, - assignments and self-practice between modules. - a complete set of teaching materials and a certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance (YACEP 40h).
