This approach has been emphasized for years by Rickson Gracie, an MMA legend who considered breath the key to strength and resilience.
As a result, you will learn tools that help build a balance between calm and readiness, between “namaste” and a firm “stop”.

Certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance Certified). Associated with the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, he practices meditation in the spirit of Vipassana and explores Tantric paths. He runs the Mandiram yoga studio in Warsaw’s Saska Kępa. His classes combine conscious breathing, mindfulness and authentic life experience. Within the LWSC system he is responsible for modules on conscious breathing and mental balance, which are an integral part of personal safety training.
