Schedule of practices and meetings:
FRIDAY 6.02.2026
- 18:00–20:30 — PRANAYAMA and TEA MEETING
- Pranayama is a subtle energy practice that we mainly work with through the breath. The practice is done in stillness while seated.
- The practice will last about 60 min.
- After the shared practice we will drink tea, get to know each other and talk. If you wish, bring some vegetarian snacks; we will provide hot drinks.
SATURDAY 7.02.2026
- 09:00–12:00 — YOGA AND CHINESE MEDICINE and BREAKFAST
- Movement is combined with breath and elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine: work on acupressure points, energy channels and the tendomuscular system.
- The practice will last about 75 min.
- Potluck breakfast (everyone brings something): please ensure snacks are vegetarian; we will provide coffee and tea.
- 13:00–16:00 — QUEER YOGA and TEA MEETING
- Classes dedicated to the rainbow community. Dynamic practice strengthens, gentle practice calms and directs inward. Yoga helps find balance, and makes body and mind more flexible. Every Person is welcome on the mat.
- The practice will last about 75 min.
- After the practice: tea and conversation; if you wish, bring vegetarian snacks.
- 18:00–20:30 — SOUND BATH and TEA MEETING
- A bath in the sounds of Tibetan bowls. Sound born in the heart of the Himalayas; bowls handmade by local artisans.
- Harmony: helps quiet the rush of thoughts and reduce stress. You will experience a sound journey led by Kamal Tarang, owner of DEESIS.
- The concert will last about 60 min.
- After the experience: tea and conversation; if you wish, bring vegetarian snacks.
SUNDAY 8.02.2026
- 10:30–13:00 — HATHA YOGA and BREAKFAST
- Hatha Yoga: mantra, pranayama, asana practice. Mobility exercises, work for the nervous system and challenges for body and mind.
- The practice will last about 75 min.
- Potluck breakfast (everyone brings something): please ensure snacks are vegetarian; we will provide coffee and tea.
- 13:30–16:00 — MYO YIN and TEA MEETING
- Myofascial release techniques combined with Yin Yoga practice. Learning self-massage, body awareness and immersion in Yin energy.
- The practice will last about 90 min.
- After the practice: tea and conversation; if you wish, bring vegetarian snacks.
- 18:00–20:00 — VOICE YOGA
- A circle for women and femme people who want to begin exploring their voice. Tea meeting with a bit of practice introducing Voice Yoga for those interested in workshops.
