Description:
Yoga is for everyone, at any age and in any physical and mental condition. It is a practice of body and mind. Commonly, yoga means both a set of asanas, that is exercises and physical postures, and meditative practices, a search for inner silence.



We would like to combine these two wings of yoga – hatha yoga and dance – and meditation. In the Indian tradition the goal of yoga is a state in which all movements of the mind cease, inner silence, therefore we meditate, that is we sit in silence. Yoga is based on relaxation, release and observing thoughts and imagination. In addition to basic asanas, you will be able to learn simple breathing exercises – pranayama.



Program:



  • basic asanas
  • simple breathing exercises (pranayama)
  • elements of free dance
  • meditative practices


Leaders:



  • Martyna – yoga instructor, focusing on Kundalini yoga, working with energy around the spine.
  • Cecylia – has participated in yoga and meditation classes since childhood, leading meditation meeting ceremonies. She is a dancer of free Indian dance.


Cela will also introduce the secrets of meditation, about which she says:

Cela and Martyna invite you to classes, during which you can learn simple practices for working on yourself on a physical and mental level and exercises that can improve the quality of your life.



You only need:



  • comfortable clothing
  • your favorite cushion
  • a willingness to meet others and get to know yourself.
