Zenek Grabowski is one of the busiest people on the Polish independent scene. Since 1997 he has actively created, written songs and self-released records. At 15 he founded the band Kabanos, which he led for 21 years. He now works under his own name. He has 11 solo albums to his name, the most popular being “O!”, “Darmowe Przytulasy” and both “Rezyliencje”, as well as the compilation “Jeszcze Raz to Samo” with covers paying tribute to Polish music. His recent albums are the quintessence of his style: punk-metal, motivating anthems with his distinctive philosophy, not strictly belonging to any convention, focusing on honesty, sensitivity, humor and freedom of expression. His concerts are always open to the audience, where the line between the band and the crowd completely blurs. He is supported on stage by guitarist Grzesiek Palka, bassist Kuba Skrzypiec and drummer Michał Wiśniewski.

They first played from the stage in 2005. Two decades of searching, experience and steel-like consistency in pursuing goals — hundreds of concerts, thousands of kilometers — countless meetings and conversations with the audience. They recorded subsequent episodes of that journey on the EP “Na zesłaniu” and the debut album “Betonu nie spalą”, which allowed 8 lat w Tybecie to reach a wider audience. In the autumn of 2025 the rock quintet from Cieszyn Silesia invites you on the “20x8” tour — a series of intimate concerts that serve both as a look back and as a preview of a new phase, approaching with the release of the second album, to which the musicians devoted recent months while limiting other activities.
