About the event
The legendary rock band KSU has repeatedly proven that their music stands wonderfully in acoustic versions. Albums released over the past three decades — Bez Prądu, XXX-lecie Akustycznie and Akustycznie – Epilog — gave classic songs a new shine, and the premiere recordings prepared especially for those releases quickly joined the band's most popular songs.
Now the band presents the material in the best concert halls across Poland: KSU Acoustic is a tour featuring a dozen or so musicians on stage and the use of a wealth of classical, folk and replicas of medieval and Renaissance instruments.
Alongside the basic instrumentation (replacing electric guitars with acoustic ones) we will hear, among others, a Gothic harp, a psaltery and various flutes. The innovative combination of rock music with these instruments creates unique arrangements and pushes boundaries on the Polish music scene.
