Two-person scenes are the foundation of most games and formats in improvisation, and at the same time one of the greatest challenges. The quality of our partnership on stage matters on many levels. Often, people who entertain the audience greatly are not the best partners for other players. Similarly, partners who mainly act as a springboard often become completely passive, and you cannot rely much on their proactivity and creativity. As always - the golden mean is the best. We will be searching for it during these meetings, while discovering various techniques and approaches to two-person scenes. Lots of scenes, feedback, and opportunities for hahahah. I have attended dozens of workshops and intensives with trainers from around the world, including iO, The Second City, Hoopla!, and UCB, not to mention the books I've read, performances I've watched, and shows I've played. On stage, I have developed in several groups, including trios and duos, with which I have practiced (and still practice) various styles and formats of improv. I started in Wrocław, and after moving, I ran the Improvisation School Kuźnia Impro in Kraków for over 3 years. Currently, my base is in Warsaw, and I teach, train, and coach all over Poland.
