Have you ever met an extrovert who was more exhausting than charismatic? Or an introvert to whom people are drawn like flowers to the sun, even though they don't seek attention at all? Extroverted behavior is often colloquially equated with charisma. Although these areas share some common elements, they are not identical. Charisma is much more than loudly expressing what you think and feel, so regardless of which 'vert' group you belong to - you can have charisma or not. Charisma is something that, in the right environment, can develop during growing up. However, if we weren't so lucky, we can consciously work on it and start using it in every area of life. I invite you to a course that will not only make you aware of what you bring to it but will also be a true gym for the most important elements of charisma and a reason to train it daily - between meetings and after the course ends. We will largely use techniques from improvisational theater (commonly called improv). This involves creating live performances without a prepared script. To be able to do such things on stage (and not embarrass the audience to death 😉), a whole range of traits and skills are trained, which are also components of charisma. Along the way, you'll discover a new hobby and... have fun, because improv training is strongly based on play (guaranteeing creativity). In addition to improvisation, we will use exercises from various approaches - from drama, bodywork methods, to acting techniques.
