Monoscena is a format in which the entire show takes place in one location, but – unlike the No Exit format – not only can we leave and return to the stage, but we also make the most of this to build tension and comedy, as well as to develop the plot. During this course, you will learn the basics of the Monoscena format, and at the same time: - you will improve your group scene skills, - discover the beauty of organic games, - ignite or take your character work to the next level, - feel confident in raising the stakes and building tension, - learn to collaborate better, as well as take the lead and direct when the situation requires it, - practice stage lying and using subtext... This format is a beautiful area for organically seeking comedy, so I especially recommend it to lovers of situational humor. ‼️ Since these are already advanced techniques, this course is for at least intermediate participants ‼️ We will end the course with a post-workshop performance.
