    About the event

    A proposal for everyone who wants to get to know and strengthen their body. The aim of the meetings will be to build strength, stability, motor control, and endurance. The main area of work during this cycle will be the lower limbs and torso, as well as the connections between them. We will develop leg strength and mobility through exercises that improve single-leg balance, stabilization, range of motion for the hips, ankles, and knees, and dynamics through plyometric exercises. An extremely important part of the training will also be strengthening the muscles of the torso and spine, as a base for efficient and pain-free functioning. However, we will not be doing classic "crunches." We will treat this area of the body more comprehensively, which will allow us to strengthen the connection between the legs and torso and their good coordination/cooperation during movement. If you are someone who feels a deficit of strength and control in your body and chronically struggles with injuries, these sessions are dedicated to you. About the instructor: - Ola Mierzejewska – personal trainer with a diploma from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. - Connected with movement since the age of seven. - Former folk dance group dancer and former volleyball player. - Enthusiast of movement and comprehensive physical development, which supports health, adds strength, nourishes, and restores freedom and harmony in the body. - Conducts individual strength and conditioning classes with an emphasis on injury prevention and return to physical activity after injury. - In her work, she pays significant attention to strengthening and making the body more flexible. - Supports, educates, and encourages people to engage in various forms of physical activity to improve quality of life and psycho-physical health. - In recent years, in her own movement practice, she has been developing in the field of athletic training, martial arts, and dance. 📍 where: centrum kultur świata, skaryszewska 15 📅 dates: cycle of 10 meetings Mondays 6:00–7:30 PM January 12 – March 23 (planned break March 2) 2026 💰 price: 825 PLN payable in 2 installments or 750 PLN for full payment. 📝 registration and more information on our website: https://www.sytuacje.com.pl/trening-motoryczny-dla
