
A proposal for everyone who wants to get to know and strengthen their body. The aim of the meetings will be to build strength, stability, motor control, and endurance. The main area of work during this cycle will be the lower limbs and torso, as well as the connections between them. We will develop leg strength and mobility through exercises that improve single-leg balance, stabilization, range of motion for the hips, ankles, and knees, and dynamics through plyometric exercises. An extremely important part of the training will also be strengthening the muscles of the torso and spine, as a base for efficient and pain-free functioning. However, we will not be doing classic "crunches." We will treat this area of the body more comprehensively, which will allow us to strengthen the connection between the legs and torso and their good coordination/cooperation during movement. If you are someone who feels a deficit of strength and control in your body and chronically struggles with injuries, these sessions are dedicated to you.
