Every child loves to let loose. And what if I told you that children can find calm and comfort in the sounds of bowls and won't get bored?! YES, it's true. Instructor: Dorota Popławska - Certified Sound Massage Practitioner - Peter Hess Academy. She collaborates with Preschools, Schools, Clinics, and Hospitals in Poland. Through working with sound, children develop the power of imagination, and thus their own creativity, which in turn influences the development of flexibility needed to solve their daily problems. Bowls wonderfully support children's development. Children respond well to the sounds and vibrations of bowls. What do the classes look like? I bring along a dozen different instruments so that children can explore various sounds. Children learn about the instruments, their sounds, power, and roles. Some resemble the sounds of falling rain, the noise of waves, or even a fierce storm. Others, with their delicacy and cheerful tones, bring good humor, joy, and relaxation. Every child is a musician in our orchestra. I want children to also appreciate silence, which is just as important and necessary as the sounds that surround us. During the classes, we go on a walk, imagining the beauty and nature that surrounds us (listening to the sounds). 🎯 How long are the classes? The classes last 60 minutes. 🎯 What is the goal of the classes? - Developing learning competencies, body awareness, sensitivity to gestures, facial expressions, etc. - Creating conditions for developing concentration (through stress reduction, relaxation). - Developing communication, cooperation, and social behavior skills. - Learning methods to avoid, alleviate, and cope with stress. - Heightening sensory awareness, supporting the development of perceptiveness. - Supporting fine and gross motor skills. 🎯 Guarantee: After the first class, the child will be relaxed and calm.
