Awaken for Spring. Nurture Your Strength and Mental Resilience.



In‑person workshop on building inner strength, flexibility and returning to full life.



Date: 21 March 2026 (First Day of Spring)
Place: Samadhi Joga Warszawa – Kabaty, ul. Wańkowicza 4



I invite you to a special gathering at this symbolic moment of the year. As the world comes back to life, you can shed the winter heaviness, pause and mindfully tend to your resources.



Mental resilience is not armor or being “tough” — it is the ability to return to yourself, regulate tension and find balance — even when life presents challenges.



This is a practical workshop based on scientific research, the TOP360 methodology and yoga, combining work with mind and body. It offers a unique experience that engages, moves and stays with you for a long time. It helps you:



  • cope better with stress,
  • adapt to change,
  • manage emotions under pressure — at work and in everyday life.


Workshop program:



  • Foundations of Resilience: what resilience is and how to train it consciously in daily life.
  • Understanding mechanisms and sources: body‑work practices that strengthen mental resilience and release accumulated tension.
  • Spring Strategy: you will create your personal “micro‑plan” for strengthening resilience in the coming weeks.
  • Space for questions and experience sharing: questions, answers and mutual exchange of experiences.


Result? You will go home with a sense of lightness, a concrete toolkit of psychological techniques and new spring energy to act.



Who is this workshop for?



  • you want to strategically care for your mental resilience,
  • you experience stress, pressure or overload and don’t want to operate on autopilot,
  • you are interested in combining work with body and mind,
  • you are looking for concrete tools and individual guidance,
  • you don’t need to practice yoga — the practice will be accessible to everyone.


This is an offer for people who want to realistically and mindfully strengthen their resilience, not just “feel better for a moment.”

  • a calendar (paper or on your phone),
  • water and a small snack,
  • Mats and blankets are available on site — you can bring your own if you wish.

Vinyasa Yoga teacher, certified TOP360 mental resilience trainer and diagnostician (Kaminski Academy) and Master Trainer at Life Plan Academy.
A guide in the process of change.
She combines the science of the mind with the wisdom of the body, creating a coherent and effective path of development.
She supports adults, children and adolescents, believing that mental resilience is a muscle anyone can train.
