PO(Ś)LUB YOURSELF! – DEVELOPMENT GROUP FOR WOMEN Psychological workshops in a developmental and psychodynamic spirit: ✨ 9.12.2025 – introductory meeting before weekly meetings starting January 2026 We invite you to a unique development group for women aged 25–100 who want to get to know themselves, their bodies, emotions, and relationship patterns better. This is a space where, in a safe atmosphere, you will be able to: - Discover the meaning of myths and stories (e.g., the Sumerian myth of Inanna) to better understand your life transitions and inner transformations. - Look at your own history and discover what still needs integration, healing, or… saying goodbye. - Listen to your body – learn to read its signals and respond to them with care. - Understand your relationships – partners, children, friends, and even your dogs and cats – as mirrors that show you your strengths and weaknesses. - Bring your own topics and questions, which become part of the meetings and group dynamics. This is a time to pause, take a deeper breath, and decide that you want to PO(Ś)LUB YOURSELF – to be on your own side, more aware and integrated. How do we work? 📅 We meet on 9.12.2025 – introductory meeting. Then, from the new year, regularly every Tuesday from 19:00–20:30 (from January to June 2026). - The group is workshop-developmental and semi-open – you can join after consultation with the facilitators. - You can sign up for a minimum of one month or participate continuously. - The group consists of 6 to 12 women, so each participant has space for herself. 💰 Cost: 120 PLN per meeting. Why is it worth it? - Because you get to know and expand your self-awareness and relationships. - Because each of us needs a safe space to express emotions and discover our potential. - Because we work based on developmental psychology and a psychodynamic approach, which allows for understanding deep change. - Because you can finally put yourself at the center of your life and start having a more conscious influence on your life choices. Facilitators: - Dorota Wiszejko – psychodynamic psychotherapist (individual work and with groups and couples), psychologist-sexologist, family mediator, and academic lecturer. - Beata Wus – humanistic psychotherapist, addiction therapist, trauma therapist using Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting methods.
