This is an intensive day of work with a teacher of the Meisner technique accredited by the Meisner Institute in Los Angeles. During this course you will learn basic exercises that step by step teach you to follow your own instinct, set boundaries, build deep contact with a scene partner and use emotions that arise in the creative process. This will help you take a step toward distinctive and authentic acting.
During the workshop you will delve into the repetition exercise, which will become the foundation of your further work. You will develop self-awareness, the ability to cooperate with other artists and begin to explore your unique acting.

If you are considering studying at the Polish Meisner Technique Institute (a two-year accredited acting program), we suggest completing the Meisner Intro course beforehand, which will help you better prepare for further work in this method.
